A PTO (Power Take-Off) shaft is an essential component for Krone BIGpack Square Balers 1290, 1290HDP, 1290XC, and 12130XC. This mechanical device transfers power from a tractor to the baler, enabling it to compress and bale hay or other agricultural products into large, square-shaped bales. The PTO shaft connects to the back of the tractor and is driven by the tractor’s engine, providing the necessary power to operate the baler’s mechanisms.

Main Shaft: CAT 7/8 SFT SH Series Constant Velocity

This PTO shaft is equipped with a CAT 7/8 SFT SH Series Constant Velocity main shaft, ensuring efficient operation at 200 Horse Power and beyond @ 1000 RPMs. The splined version is also available for increased performance and longevity.
